Our Legal & Tax department supports the companies of Raiffeisen Kapitalanlage-GmbH in all legal matters, focusing on banking and capital markets law.

In to strengthen our existing team.
What You Can Expect
* Legal support for asset management products, especially concerning WAG and MiFID
* Answering legal questions related to capital market law (investment fund law, anti-money laundering, sustainable finance) and data protection law
* Planning, organizing, and actively participating in committee meetings, such as management meetings of Savity, including minute-taking and follow-up management
What You Bring
* Completed law degree
* Relevant professional experience in a law firm or as an internal advisor in a bank
* Expertise in data protection law and capital market law, especially WAG and MiFID
* Proficient MS Office skills and a strong interest in securities trading
* Independent, structured, and cooperative working style, combined with reliable teamwork skills
* Enjoyment of legal work with good oral and written communication skills in German and English
