Role Description
This part-time hybrid role as a Gold & Silver Valuation Agent is based in Austria, with the flexibility to work remotely when appropriate. The primary responsibility is conducting pre‑scheduled meetings with customers who have requested a professional valuation of their gold and silver items.
Appointments are arranged in advance through Gold Adam’s marketing channels and are held at public locations within the customer’s city. During these meetings, the agent evaluates the customer’s items and presents a purchase offer based on current market prices. Customers are under no obligation to sell, and the agent’s role is to provide a professional, transparent, and customer‑focused experience throughout the process.
Due to continued growth and expansion across Europe, Gold Adam is seeking additional agents to support its operations in Austria.
Qualifications
* You don’t have to live in Vienna, just a residence in Austria.
* Fluent German language skills (spoken and written)
* Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned areas
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers
* Excellent customer service skills and a professional appearance
* Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
* Strong organizational and time‑management abilities
* Previous experience in sales, customer service, field‑based roles, or precious metals is an advantage but not required
* Willingness to participate in training and apply company procedures and valuation guidelines
* Comfortable conducting face‑to‑face meetings in public locations
