For our Quality Management Team based in Klaus (Vorarlberg, Austria) we are currently looking for a
Quality Management Specialist, 80 – 100% (f/m/x)
What's it all about?
1. In this exiting role, you are part of our Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) team. The QHSE Team is organizationally part of the commercial process.
2. You lead or support projects that make a significant contribution to OMICRON’s sustainable development.
3. Together with your team, you actively shape and continuously improve our Integrated Management System.
4. You coordinate internal and external audits as well as certifications (e.g., ISO, EMAS).
5. You support our international offices with quality-related topics.
6. You work with departments to develop and maintain their processes and workflows.
7. You handle documentation, reporting, and trainings related to the management system.
8. You collaborate closely with our product quality assurance team.
What are we looking for?
9. You have completed a technical or business-related education (e.g., HTL, HAK) – ideally with a focus on quality management or project management.You complement your profile with several years of relevant professional experience.
10. You work in a structured, self-driven and enthusiastic way.
11. You demonstrate strong communication skills, organizational talent, and a hands-on attitude.
12. You enjoy working with different teams – including international collaboration.
13. You have solid German and English skills.
