Physical Design Engineer – Responsibilities
* Analog floor planning and layout, place and route
* RC extraction / Static Timing Analysis
* Design for manufacturing, physical verification, formal verification
* Power analysis, cross‑talk analysis
* Inspection of incoming deliverables (memories/IO/core libs/analog IP)
* Optimizing area, power, yield and speed
* Design‑for‑security and design‑for‑manufacturing
* Verification of Bond Diagram
Candidate – Qualifications
* Student of a technical university in Electronics, Telematics or relevant field
* Interest in process technology (physics) / design methodology (CAD) standard and advanced technologies
* Good configuration management skills
* Good technical English skills
Salary & Benefits
The minimum salary for this position is EUR 2,370 gross/month for full‑time equivalent at NXP Austria.

Please note: The successful candidate may/will be responsible for security related tasks. The assignment may/will be in scope of security certifications, therefore a conscious and reliable way of working is necessary.
