Join our dynamic Process & Quality Management team as a Senior SAP Expert and play a key role in shaping global process standards, managing critical releases, and driving cross-functional projects. This position offers the opportunity to work on strategic initiatives, collaborate with international teams, and ensure operational excellence across the organization.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery of agreed objectives and results
Drive continuous development and rollout of standardized process templates across the group
Oversee release management, including implementation of RFCs, testing, and hypercare
Coordinate technical implementations with internal and external partners (e.g., SAP S/4 HANA)
Organize and ensure 3rd level support, including SLA management for 2nd level services
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or equivalent experience
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in end-to-end processes (procurement, sales, production, etc.)
At least 5 years of SAP experience (application and/or customizing/programming)
Proven track record of participation in 5+ major projects.
Strong skills in project management, release management, and stakeholder communication

Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 53 241,02 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
