Join us at IKK Group GmbH as a Senior Projektleitung Straßen- und Infrastrukturplanung and lead infrastructure projects from conception to completion. We offer expertise in consulting, planning, and construction management across all relevant disciplines, covering the entire planning and execution process from design to local construction supervision.
Your responsibilities include:
* Leading and coordinating infrastructure planning projects to deliver sustainable and forward-looking solutions.
* Managing technical and commercial project leadership in infrastructure planning, focusing on road planning.
* Overseeing diverse infrastructure projects for public and private clients, from concept through to execution, ensuring adherence to budgets and schedules.
* Coordinating technical project processing and representing projects before clients and authorities.
* Aligning resource deployment within the team and across project managers.
* Leading and quality-controlling project staff and supporting business development efforts.
Your profile:
* Completed relevant degree (TU/FH/Boku/HTL in Civil Engineering or similar).
* At least 7 years of experience in infrastructure project management with verifiable references suitable for bidding processes.
* Familiarity with relevant regulations and ideally a personal network in infrastructure planning, construction, and maintenance.
* Passion for improving locations through new or enhanced infrastructure.
* Excellent presentation skills, fluency in German, and knowledge of business and construction economics.
Salary will be commensurate with experience and responsibilities, with final negotiations in a personal interview.
