As a Systems Engineer, you will play a crucial role in analyzing, developing, designing, and validating complex systems for the microsystems and semiconductor industry.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Analyze and develop theoretical models of complex systems to inform development decisions and implementation.
* Apply systematic testing procedures and data analysis methods with physical simulations to identify and solve root-cause problems and challenges.
* Derive, monitor, and maintain technical performance budgets.
* Collaborate with experts in mechanical, electronic, photonics, and software design to improve existing systems and implement innovative technologies.
* Provide expertise and support within a matrix-organization team.
* Typical applications include precision motion devices, calibration procedures, alignment systems, and metrology routines.
Requirements:
* A master's or Ph.D. degree in physics or engineering.
* Several years of experience in precision engineering and complex system development.

We offer a competitive salary aligned with market standards. Depending on qualifications and experience, an above-average salary is possible from the start. The annual gross salary for this position is at least €60,200.
