Internal Customer Relationship Management (f/m/*)
What are my responsibilities?
We are looking for support for the following tasks in our Sales & Marketing department (SM BA CRM):
1. Prepare and deliver monthly business reports
2. Coordinate and collaborate with various departments within Primetals Technologies in an international and cross-cultural environment
3. Maintain and process customer data, with a strong focus on ensuring data quality
4. Manage the CRM tool and sales-related applications, including user support, training preparation, and documentation
5. Identify business requirements for CRM improvements and assist in planning and developing system enhancements
6. Work closely with the marketing department to support the development of marketing automation initiatives
What do I need to qualify for this job?
7. A degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, combined with several years of relevant work experience - particularly in CRM systems, data management, and the preparation of data for management reports - is preferred
8. A background in CRM systems, reporting tools, or marketing automation platforms is a strong asset
9. Excellent German and English language skills, both spoken and written
10. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel; knowledge of SAP BW and SAP C4C is an advantage
11. Ability to explain complex relationships in a user-oriented and understandable manner
12. Strong affinity for IT systems and data
13. Interest in steel production technology and plant engineering

What else do I need to know?
The minimum annual gross salary for this position under the collective agreement and assuming that all requirements are met is EUR 52.197,04 (F/00) or EUR 61.022,78 (G/00). This could rise considerably, depending on qualifications and experience.
