As our new Digital Marketing Manager you bring a growth mindset and are experienced in leveraging growth marketing strategies such as experimentation A / B testing and proactively identifying and testing new growth opportunities. Your approach is highly results-oriented and data-driven with a strong focus on creating customer-centric marketing initiatives that yield measurable outcomes. You will lead omni-channel marketing efforts with a particular emphasis on CRM marketing and channel management ensuring a seamless and impactful customer journey. Additionally you will collaborate closely with Product Management to drive both the acquisition and retention of subscribers playing a key role in expanding our reach and maximizing customer value.
Essential skills for your mission :
* CRM tools / marketing automation (eg. Braze / Salesforce Marketing cloud)
* Webpage management (eg AEM storyblock)
* SEO / GAEO
* Appstore / googleplay
* Social media
* Ads (e.g. Apple Ads UAC - Launch Manage & Optimize)
* Building engaging customer journeys for revenue growth and patient engagement
* Have excellent working proficiency in English (German optional)
Bonus skills :
* Experienced working with mobile apps and mobile marketing performance marketing
* Diabetes care understanding
* Knowledge of the diabetes industry or other comparable health industries
* Experienced working in a global organisation
