Job Description
As a Senior Software Product Manager, you take ownership of a key product domain within this ecosystem. You lead empowered product teams, align stakeholders across the organization, and drive products that create real value for customers and the business.
What you’ll Do – Your Responsibilities
Define and drive the product vision and strategy for a core domain of our digital portfolio
Lead and mentor Product Managers (Squad Leads)
Ensure strong alignment across product areas to maximize impact, consistency, and scalability
Be the voice of the customer, making sure we focus on the problems that matter most
Partner closely with engineering and design to build high‑performing teams and products
Turn strategy into clear outcomes (OKRs, roadmaps) and tangible results
Align stakeholders and confidently represent your product area to senior leadership
Balance discovery and delivery to continuously create value
Champion the integration of AI‑driven capabilities into our products to enhance user experience, automation, and decision‑making
Leverage AI in product management workflows (e.g., discovery, insights generation, prioritization, and experimentation) to increase speed and quality of decisions
Help shape and elevate product management practices across the organization
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in software/digital product management, ideally in a SaaS environment
Experience in a senior or leadership role, guiding cross‑functional teams
A strong track record of delivering impactful products and measurable business results
Experience coaching Product Managers and driving alignment across teams
Solid understanding of product strategy, discovery, and agile delivery
Confidence navigating complex stakeholder environments across business and tech
Excellent communication and storytelling skills — you can make complexity simple
Strong experience with eCommerce products, digital business models, and monetization is a big advantage
Hands‑on experience or strong interest in AI/GenAI, including applying it to both product features and internal product management processes
A hands‑on, builder mindset — you like making things happen, not just planning them
Fluent in English; German is a plus
Willing to move and eligible to work in Austria!

We are required by law to state a minimum salary. The minimum annual gross salary for this position is € 47.587,- according to the collective agreement (woodworking industry). Actual salary will be based on candidate's qualifications and experience.
