About the Role
We are looking for a person who wants to take on a pioneer role to build the foundation and shape the future of our collaboration with affiliates around the globe. Starting as an HR Manager for our Affiliates, you will have the opportunity to grow into the role of an HR Business Partner at CROMA – be the creator of your own future.
Responsibilities
* Build a bond with stakeholders in our global affiliates and become the HR voice for them.
* Develop HR processes and ensure local implementation.
* Implement HR topics and provide guidance on HR policies.
* Take ownership of personnel controlling and have an overview of employees in the affiliates.
* Identify structures, processes or solutions that should be next in the pipeline, recommend mid‑term and long‑term solutions to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Qualifications and Skills
* Fluent in German and English.
* At least 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in an international environment.
* Strong communication skills – you find the right words when dealing with colleagues.
* Drive to shape initiatives yourself and desire to develop your environment.
Additional Assets
* Other languages.
* Experience and understanding in other HR areas such as people and culture development.
Benefits
* Collective agreement for the chemical industry; 38 hours/week. Minimum gross salary according to the KV is EUR 59,781.96 for this position, with salary depending on qualification and experience.
