POSITION
Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Service Manager to lead a busy after-sales department across multiple franchise brands. With 60-70 repair orders per day and an experienced team already in place, this is a genuine leadership role with strong backing from above.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of a high-volume service department
* Lead, support, and develop an experienced after-sales team
* Drive customer satisfaction scores and department performance
* Maintain high operational standards across all franchise requirements
* Foster a positive team culture and professional work environment

CANDIDATE
To be considered you will ideally have:
* Previous experience in a Service Manager or senior aftersales leadership role
* Strong dealership experience across one or more franchise brands
* Proven ability to lead teams and drive department performance
* Excellent communication, organisational, and customer service skills
