You will lead IS Sourcing activities & negotiations formajor contracts, typically for Software, IT Services, &Infrastructure / Hardware categories. You will take full ISSourcing ownership for the assigned contract/project, define thenegotiation strategy & drive the contract negotiations throughto successful closure.
Responsibilities:
* The IS Sourcing CategoryNegotiation Manager, shall lead complex IS Sourcing projects andnegotiations across all IS Sourcing categories, (typicallySoftware, IT Services, Infrastructure, Hardware &Communications) for projects with contract value typically above$500K per annum
* Manage the IS Sourcing Processfrom engagement, RFQ / RFP, subsequent negotiations through tocontract signature
* Work closely withrequestor/business owner to drive deal structuring: align vendorportfolio management, IS Sourcing Strategy and selection andnegotiation strategies with GBS-IS / BA ISaccordingly
* Define the negotiation strategyincluding negotiation targets, negotiations plan, governance,BATNA, weaknesses and strengths
* Cooperateclosely with customers, internal stakeholders and subject matterexperts (legal, tax, security, privacy & finance) providingleadership and guidance for allocated IS Sourcingprojects
* Support business and IT stakeholdersin aligning IS Sourcing delivery model to businessneeds
* Drive cost saving for allocatednegotiations & contribute to the achievement of IS Sourcingsaving targets (accurate and periodical forecasting &reporting)
Requirements:
* At least 10 yearsprofessional experience especially in the competency areas of:supply chain management, IS Sourcing, stakeholder management,management of high volume of contracts, lead complex IS Sourcingprojects, problem solving, cross-functional collaboration,commercial and technical know-how
* Track recordof minimum 5-7 years of experience in strategic IS Sourcing(especially Software, IT Services &Infrastructure)
* IS Sourcing Category Managementexperience (preferably Software, IT Services orInfrastructure)
* Substantial understanding ofthe legal aspects in the context of IS Sourcing contractnegotiations
* Excellent leadership skills andcollaboration between different businesses /stakeholders
* Fluent and collaborative with widenetwork of peers and colleagues
* Culturalawareness, excellent communication and negotiationskills
* Fluent written and spokenEnglish
