Next Job Abroad is excited to offer a rewarding position for a German Speaking Content Moderator to join our enthusiastic team in Malta, with fully paid relocation included! This role is ideal for individuals keen to leverage their language capabilities in a fast-paced, engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Review, evaluate, and moderate an array of user-generated content for compliance with guidelines
* Identify inappropriate content and address violations promptly
* Document moderation actions and contribute to reporting and analysis
* Work collaboratively within a team to enhance moderation workflows
* Stay informed about updates to content moderation standards and best practices
Requirements
* Fluency in German and a solid command of English; additional languages are a plus
* Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
* Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities
* Experience in content moderation or a related field is advantageous, yet not essential
* Strong communication skills with a focus on user satisfaction and community building
* Willingness to adapt in a dynamic environment and embrace evolving guidelines
* Must be open to relocating to Malta and integrating into a collaborative team culture
