Support the overall success of the Falk Foundation (FF) by working alongside the Global FF team Local implementation and continuous improvement of FF Global Strategy and (digital) services in close coordination with the local team and best practice sharing with other affiliates Maintain existing and build new partnerships with healthcare professionals (HCP's) and other stakeholders Planning and coordination of the participation of local HCPs in international meetings (Medical Education Symposia, scientifically-oriented Symposia and pre- & post symposium Workshops) Establish and manage the local FF faculty (HCP panel) and organize FF faculty meetings Develop and implement annual plans to achieve corporate business priorities, managing associated budgets to ensure targets are met Degree in business studies/Marketing or natural sciences 5+ years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry High level of scientific expertise and communication of specialist knowledge Experience in tight collaboration with opinion leaders and the development of expert committees High quality standards and a high level of personal responsibility within a strong team of national and international interfaces, direct report to GM Precise and solution-oriented way of working, hands-on mentality High motivation to develop and drive forward innovative concepts Languages: fluent German, English written and oral Remuneration: EUR 70,000 gross annual salary with willingness to overpay Possibility to work in an international successful, continuously growing family-owned company Straig...
