As a People Business Partner, you advise senior leaders, align people initiatives with business goals, and drive performance, growth, and culture. You develop talent strategies, strengthen leadership, and build high‑performing teams.
You anticipate needs, lead change, and turn priorities into impactful people initiatives—ensuring strong engagement, retention, and measurable business results.
Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, aligning people strategy with business goals
Drive workforce planning and organisational design to support performance and growth
Lead talent and performance management, fostering a high‑performance culture
Support change and transformation initiatives with clear stakeholder alignment
Shape the employee lifecycle from attraction to retention in line with business needs
Use people analytics to enable data‑driven decisions and identify opportunities
Ensure governance, compliance, and continuous improvement of HR processes
Coach leaders and strengthen organisational culture and effectiveness
Identify key challenges and implement sustainable, long‑term solutions
Qualifications
Advanced degree in HR, Business, Organisational Psychology, or related field
Several years’ experience as a strategic HR Business Partner in complex, ideally multinational or matrix organisations
Proven track record advising senior leaders and executive teams
Strong expertise in organisational design, workforce planning, and large‑scale transformation initiatives
Solid knowledge of employment law, ideally with international exposure, and experience managing complex employee relations
Strong business acumen with the ability to link people strategy to commercial outcomes
Experience in performance and talent management, including succession planning and leadership development
Analytical mindset with experience using HR metrics for data‑driven decisions
Experience with organisational development, culture transformation, and change management methodologies
Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and coaching skills, ideally supported by relevant certifications

With us you will receive an attractive annual gross salary from 90.000€ (plus bonus, KV Metallgewerbe). Depending on your experience, this can also be higher.
