We are looking to strengthen our team with a Mitarbeiter im Vertriebsinnendienst - CRM (w/m/d).
Your Responsibilities:
* Order entry and quotation management
* Telephone support for our customers
* Customer database maintenance
* Interface between key account customers and field service
* Creation and billing of customer contracts
* Project calculations
* Preparation of presentations, evaluations, and various documents
Your Profile:
* Commercial training (e.g., HAK)
* Good communication skills internally and with customers
* Good PC skills (MS Office)
* Resilience, reliability, and accuracy
* Teamwork and flexibility
