Responsibilities

• Lead complex negotiations and shape trade terms to drive sales growth across multiple markets. • Align cross‑functional teams, interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies. • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and navigate complex e‑commerce environments.
Qualifications
* 5–8+ years in Amazon Vendor Management (1P) or e‑commerce account management, ideally within FMCG
* University degree or comparable education
* Fluency in English; other languages are a plus
* Proven success in leading complex negotiations, shaping trade terms, and driving sales growth
* Deep expertise in Amazon’s ecosystem, including Vendor Central, promotional mechanics, and retail media, plus strong understanding of e‑commerce operations and compliance
* Strategic and analytical leader who can align cross‑functional teams, interpret data, and turn insights into action
* Excellent communicator and problem‑solver, skilled at stakeholder management and navigating complexity to deliver results

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €3,560 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market‑oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
