Global Quality Medicine Data Governance Manager (m/f/d)

The position: As of now we are seeking a Global Quality Medicine Data Governance Manager. In this role you will leverage expertise in data and process integration and will be responsible to ensure the accuracy, usability, availability and security of data generated in the Quality Medicine department.
Responsibilities
* Lead resolution of complex Data Governance demands submitted by Key Stakeholders across the company, applying business process expertise.
* Triaging demands, assembling the correct solution team and ensuring implementation for new or amended data structures to optimize Business Intelligence Reporting needs of customers.
* Develop, maintain and oversee processes, standards, and systems used in the implementation of Data Governance procedures according to the Data Governance office standards.
* Drive the Data Governance strategy by organizing and monitoring resources; set and manage priorities and timelines in alignment with the Head of the QM Data Governance Office.
* Ensure data integrity and accuracy to support high-quality reporting and analytics.
Requirements
* PhD: 3 years’ GxP experience within the pharmaceutical industry, CROs or regulatory authorities; or MSc: 5 years’ GxP experience within the pharmaceutical industry, CROs or regulatory authorities.
* Project Management Certification or 5 years of project management experience with increasing complexity.
* Direct experience as a Management System, Process and/or Capability Lead.
* Demonstrated leadership skills and knowledge of processes in quality management.
* Excellent ability to present complex content clearly to target groups; presentation confidence (in English).

Remuneration: starts at EUR 75,000 gross annual target salary (full time); actual salary depends on experience and qualifications. Details discussed in person.
