* Transport organisation: You will organise, control and monitor international transports, mainly in Combined Transport
* Relationship management: You manage to build and maintain strong relationships with our business partners. Your position is at the interface between customers and transport partners
* Purchasing and Sales: Like an entrepreneur you will calculate transport prices and be solely responsible for carrying out purchasing and sales negotiations
* Business development: You will actively contribute to the further development of your business sector
* Partner service: As the first point of contact you will manage enquiries and solve problems regarding loading and unloading
* Monitoring of success: You will regularly monitor the success using our management information system
Your profile:
* Qualifications: You have completed your school education with a general qualification for university entrance, and you have commercial and organisational skills
* Languages: Good German and English skills (min. B2). Other languages or an interest in learning new languages are advantageous
* Personality: You sort things out, want to make a difference, change and develop. You enjoy working internationally and are looking for a job with passion and pace. You are interested in the Nordic countries (Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden) and you enjoy communicating

The minimum salary for this position - depending on qualification and experience - is € 42,800 gross per year. The annual salary consists of 14 monthly salaries and a guaranteed bonus. Upon completion of the trainee programme we also offer you a performance-based bonus.
