The mission of Grape Hospitality is to provide innovative management that meets new customer expectations, through attractive renovations and the implementation of teams capable of significantly increasing the activity and profitability of its properties.

The group is also expanding its food & beverage operations by creating innovative concepts and integrating commercial brands within its hotels.

By 2024, the Group has achieved sales of €339million.

Looking for: Area Revenue Manager Northern Europe

Main Missions:

·Proposes and implements occupancy and optimization strategies for the hotels within its scope (7 hotels and 1,222 rooms).

·Supports the repositioning and rebranding of hotels in the portfolio (1 project ongoing and 2 already launched).

·Manages revenue strategy in collaboration with hotel teams, using the tools provided.

·Analyzes performance (customer mix, day-of-week trends, occupancy, rates, market share, capture rate, etc.) and identifies levers for improvement.

·Creates action plans for underperforming hotels and implements specific or global corrective measures as needed.

·Coordinates public pricing and major sales contracts with hotel teams (corporate, FIT, etc.).

·Ensures proper follow-up on e-distribution for all hotels.

·Challenges operational decisions with a constructive and innovative mindset.

·Organizes reporting on hotels monitored.

·Monitors competitors and market events.

·Develops distribution through innovative partnerships.

·Actively contributes to the development of the Revenue Management department within the company and to improving RevPAR and TrevPAR performance across the hotel portfolio.

Profil:

With a Master's degree in Services Marketing and Revenue Management (or equivalent in Sales & Marketing), you have gained initial experience in the service sector, giving you a good overview of the actions required to develop sales.

You're looking for a strong professional adventure based on a managerial approach where autonomy and accountability go hand in hand with the pleasure of working in a network.

You have a 360° view of a hotel's revenue streams and are always on the lookout for ways to optimize them.

Resolutely positive, you see every difficulty as an opportunity to develop and challenge yourself.

Skills:

Good knowledge of Microsoft (Excel formulas, dynamic tabs) and hotel management tools (Ideas, Opera, D-Edge, Ota's Insisght, MKG Olakala...)

Excellent diagnostic skills and analytical approach

Rigor and organization

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (persuasive, committed, exchange-oriented)

Ability to take on challenges (investigative, proactive)

Fluent in German & English, a 3rd language would be a plus.

Position based in Vienna (Austria) – occasional business trip.
