Get to know us Aufgaben: * You will gather and analyse user feedback and business requirements, to assist in product development decisions and ensure that the product meets the needs of the target market * You will focus on reporting risks and creating functional and higher-level technical specifications for software development, testing and implementation projects * On a continuous basis, you will evaluate and improve business processes to ensure that they are efficient, while understanding and identifying interdependencies * You will take charge of managing vendor and stakeholder relationships, while either supporting or leading contract negotiations, defining SLAs based on business requirements, approving purchase orders and reviewing invoices * You will keep track of industry trends and new technologies and make recommendations for their adoption where appropriate * You will organize and moderate meetings, workshops and required training sessions * When necessary, you will work directly with our brick-and-mortar stores to identify issues and find solutions for the improvement of established processes Qualifikationen: * Complete studies in the field of IT or business administration * At least 2 - 3 years of professional experience as a business analyst, requirements engineer, project manager or a comparable position * Knowledge of project management tools and Agile methodologies, such as Jira and Confluence * A solution-oriented and team player attitude, with strong communication and networking skills * Hands-on mentality, with the ability to see the bigger picture and act as a troubleshooter when required * Ability to own and drive end-to-end product and business processes * A high level of German and English * Willingness to travel up to 30% of time Wir bieten: * Health & Well-being:Free coffee, tea, drinks, fresh fruits & vegetables, plus discounted mealsat the canteen or lunch allowances (location-based).
