What You’ll Do
* Build and configure a M365 infrastructure (network, API, OAuth, Azure AD Connect, etc.).
* Define and deliver innovative, modern, and sustainable workplace solutions (including Office Space).
* Design and set up Office 365 tenants in project scenarios such as carve-outs or mergers.
* Develop and execute migrations between Office 365 tenants.
* Adjust and configure M365 built‑in security and compliance to client requirements (e.g., Defender).
* Migrate a remaining on‑prem system to a hybrid state or completely to the cloud.

* Initiative, analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach.
* Service‑minded attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
* Enjoys new challenges and working in a diverse team.
* Willingness to travel (depending on project assignments).
* Fluent in German and English (minimum B2).
Skills And Experiences
* Completed IT apprenticeship or a comparable degree with subsequent IT work experience.
* Experience with M365, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange & EMS.
* Knowledge of PowerShell, Graph API and the M365 Admin Portal.
* Technical & consulting affinity combined with strong business understanding.
