As a Software Engineer Android, you will
1. Work with a modern tech stack, including Kotlin, Gradle, Coroutines, Dagger, GitHub Actions, SonarCloud, Kotest, Maestro, and more
2. Design and implement high-quality, scalable, and testable code
3. Contribute across the entire development lifecycle — from product ideation and architecture to implementation and delivery
4. Build new features, enhance existing ones, and troubleshoot complex issues
5. Proactively improve code structure and architecture for better maintainability and testability
6. Champion code quality through automated testing and thoughtful code reviews (both giving and receiving)
7. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to keep our solutions cutting-edge
It would be great if you have
8. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
9. Solid Kotlin/Java expertise, with hands-on professional experience in software development and architectural design
10. Experience with Git and general development workflows
11. A passion for clean code, design patterns, and software craftsmanship — including testing best practices
12. Strong analytical thinking and debugging skills
13. A proactive mindset with self-awareness and a desire to continuously learn
14. Resilience and positivity in the face of challenges or unexpected issues
15. A high level of attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
16. A strong sense of ownership and urgency when it comes to product quality and delivery
It would be even better if you have
17. Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning — especially when venturing into new or unfamiliar territory
18. Experience developing SDKs or libraries for external use
19. Exposure to (cross-platform) mobile development beyond Android (e.g., iOS, React Native, Flutter)
20. Background in video playback, streaming, or multimedia technologies
