Your territory
As part of our Product team, you will:
* Help more pet parents choose - and stay with - the world’s most-trusted name in pet GPS tracking
* Align with our localized pricing strategy to grow customer lifetime value (CLTV) across regions
* Identify high-leverage opportunities to improve activation and engagement across all touchpoints – from purchase to recurring usage
* Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Analysts, and Engineers to deliver impactful improvements and experiments to our subscription setup
* Analyze subscriber behavior, payment trends, and churn cohorts to inform product decisions
* Continuously reduce churn through data-driven experimentation and user-centric improvements
* Collaborate with developers, support agents, marketing experts, and others to hit goals and revenue targets - all while keeping tracker and app users happy
* Keep an eye out for potential improvements and ensure ongoing optimization
* Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
* Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level
Your profile
Key requirements:
* Product management experience in a B2C (ideally SaaS) setting
* Solid grasp of subscription dynamics, with the ability to interpret and act on KPIs such as CLV, MRR, churn, cohort analysis, and retention metrics
* Experience with or solid knowledge of digital and/or hardware products
* Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach
* Very good English skills
* A passion for the latest in (pet) tech
* Valid Austrian work permit
