Your responsibilities:
1. Shape and drive the global product strategy in close collaboration with the Head of Product Management.
2. Regularly assess and review the international product portfolio, define necessary actions, and support long-term portfolio planning.
3. Capture and translate customer needs into product requirements and, with input from the regional product managers, develop clear and impactful product roadmaps.
4. Manage development projects (including PRE-PDP), lead cross-functional core teams, and ensure successful execution.
5. Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies with a strong focus on technical differentiation and competitive advantage.
Your qualifications:
6. Technical education (HTL, FH, UNI) in the field of product management, industrial engineers, mechanical engineer, mechatronics or equivalent.
7. Several years (3-5) of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in the development of B2B products in the loader crane sector or in a similar industry.
8. High sense of responsibility as well as analytical and structured way of working.
9. Spoken and written fluency in English.
10. Willingness to travel (10 – 15%).

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 59.,98 based on full-time employment.
According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
