Role Overview
This role sits at the intersection of CX consulting leadership, customer engagement and pre‑sales excellence. You will partner with Sales, Solution Architects and Delivery teams to consult customers, shape solutions, drive customer workshops, and support end‑to‑end pre‑sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead pre‑sales engagements, including solution design, workshops, business and technical consulting and customer presentations.
Translate business needs into robust, scalable CX/CIM technical architectures.
Evaluate platforms, integrations and technologies with objective technical rigor.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align solution proposals with delivery capabilities.
Support bid responses, technical estimations and proposal content.
Act as trusted business and technical advisor to both customers and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
Proven experience in CX, Customer Interaction Management or contact center platform solutions.
Strong technical background in enterprise architecture, system integration and APIs.
Hands‑on experience with customer‑facing pre‑sales or bid support activities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage both technical and business audiences.
Proactive behavior and solution‑oriented mindset with analytical problem‑solving skills.
Fluency in English and German.

Compensation
The annual gross salary for this position will start from €70,000.00 on a full‑time basis, depending on your qualifications and experience.

Vienna, Linz, Graz, Berlin, Regensburg.
