Job Description
* Technical guidance and coordination of a small team in production planning
* Acting as an interface between production, engineering, and sales – with a focus on structured and solution-oriented communication
* Management and scheduling of manufacturing orders, with overall responsibility for deadline and capacity planning
* Ensuring the availability of personnel, materials, and machinery for smooth production processes
* Defining production quantities, delivery dates, and lot sizes in close alignment with production targets
Qualifications
* Completed commercial and/or technical education with a mechanical focus (e.g., apprenticeship & master craftsman exam, technical college, or bachelor’s degree)
* Initial leadership experience or solid experience in a coordinating role within production
* Very good command of German and good English skills
* Confident handling of SAP (especially PP and MM modules) and MS Office
* Structured, solution-oriented working style and a high level of personal responsibility
* Hands-on mentality and a passion for teamwork

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 3,600 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring. That’s why we take the time to determine your actual gross salary individually and are happy to offer a higher pay in recognition of your qualifications.
