We are looking for a dipatcher (f/m/d) to join our ocean fright team in Gleisdorf.
Jerich International operates worldwide with more than 900 employees at 32 locations. We offer our clients comprehensive logistics and supply chain solutions in the areas of transport, scheduling, and terminal logistics within an international network.
Your Responsibilities
Planning and handling of global ocean shipments
(import & export), including all related freight forwarding services
You will be responsible for preparing quotes, managing, and monitoring your shipments
Professional customer service, from preparing quotes and handling claims and complaints to final billing
Regular contact with international networks, shipping lines, and agents worldwide
Your Profile
Completed vocational training, ideally in freight forwarding and logistics services, or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in the ocean freight sector
Proficiency in MS Office programs and, ideally, freight forwarding software
Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English
