To strengthen the team at the Vienna site, the company is currently seeking a Group Accounting Manager (f/m/d).
Main responsibilities:
* Responsibility for group consolidation under IFRS: You will be in charge of preparing timely and high-quality consolidated financial statements at group level, ensuring full compliance with international accounting standards.
* Analysis and assessment of business transactions: As part of the consolidation team, you will analyze complex financial matters and evaluate their impact on group reporting.
* Support and training of local finance teams: You will act as a central point of contact for international subsidiaries and provide guidance and training to local accounting teams to ensure consistent reporting standards.
* Coordination with external partners: You will collaborate closely with auditors, tax advisors, and other external stakeholders, supporting audit processes and special projects.
* Preparation of ad-hoc reports and analyses: When required, you will deliver well-founded analyses and reports on specific issues for management and other internal stakeholders.
* Contribution to group-wide projects: You will support strategic initiatives such as M&A transactions and the implementation of new IT systems and reporting tools at group level.
What you should bring:
* Several years of professional experience (minimum 5 years) in auditing or group accounting, ideally within an international or corporate environment
* University degree with a focus on auditing, accounting, tax, or controlling
* In-depth knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and strong expertise in accounting-related matters
* Experience working with consolidation tools, ideally Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) or comparable systems
* Excellent command of Microsoft Excel, particularly in the areas of data analysis and reporting
* Excellent command of English in both written and spoken form; German language skills are considered an asset
* Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a high level of numerical accuracy
* A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset, adaptability, and the ability to quickly grasp new situations
