Job description and key responsibilities
We are now looking for a Sales Specialist – especially for Retail Media – to strengthen the team.
Your profile
* Interest and know‑how in Retail Media, DOOH, and AdTech topics.
* Willingness to travel for on‑site presentations, demos, pitches, and trade fairs.
* Commercial education and a good technical understanding.
* Knowledge in the fields of Retail Media, DOOH, and AdTech is an advantage.
* Professional experience in Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Project Management, or Inside Sales is desirable.
* Excellent skills in MS Office (Excel, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
* Salesforce knowledge is an advantage.
* Very good command of German and English.

Your tasks
* Act as a know‑how carrier in the Retail Media environment and as a point of contact for customers and internal colleagues.
* Maintain partnerships with marketing and technology partners within the AdTech ecosystem.
* Support the further development of our products in the Retail Media and DOOH (Digital Out‑Of‑Home) sectors.
* Participate in the preparation and execution of customer presentations.
* Support tenders and complex project proposals.
* Design presentation materials and templates.
* Professionalise and further develop specific sales materials.
* Plan and conduct live demos of our IXM platform, including the AdSales & SSP modules.
* Develop campaigns in coordination with Marketing for lead generation and follow‑up.
* Support the execution of trade fairs and events.
* Record, maintain, and track sales activities in Salesforce.

* The collective agreement gross monthly salary for this position is €2,248.00 – actual compensation is based on qualifications and experience.
