Doka's digital solutions include a wide range of digital services (SAAS, IoT, etc.), with our flagship initiative, Doka 360, a customer-centric SaaS platform supporting construction professionals throughout the entire lifecycle—from engineering and demand to logistics, material tracking, and returns.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will take strategic ownership of a key product domain and lead several empowered product teams. You will coach Product Managers, align cross-functional teams, and drive customer and business outcomes.
Responsibilities include:
* Owning the product vision and strategy for a core domain of Doka 360 (e.g., Business Operations or Platform Services)
* Leading and mentoring project teams across multiple squads
* Ensuring alignment within and across product areas to maximize value and consistency
* Acting as the voice of the customer and internal stakeholders to solve the right problems
* Partnering with engineering and design leadership to enable high-performing teams
* Translating company strategy into measurable product outcomes (OKRs)
* Representing your product area to senior leadership and driving stakeholder alignment
* Continuously improving product management practices and contributing to the evolution of Doka’s product organization
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in digital product management, with 2+ years in a senior or leadership role
* Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering measurable value
* Experience coaching Product Managers and driving alignment across squads
* Strong grasp of discovery methods, product strategy, and agile delivery
* Skilled at navigating complex stakeholder landscapes across business and tech
* Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience in SaaS, logistics, or construction tech is a strong plus
* Fluent in English; German is a bonus

We offer a market-competitive salary based on your qualifications and experience. The minimum annual gross salary according to the collective agreement for the wood processing industry is EUR 47,587.
