Responsibilities
* Support development teams through the correct application of agile methods and tools to harness the full power of agility in product development.
* Promote self-organized work within teams.
* Identify internal and cross-team conflicts and actively moderate them.
* Support team members in removing obstacles themselves.
* Improve the organization's agile processes together with your Scrum Master colleagues.
Qualifications
* Completed university degree (preferably with an IT focus).
* In-depth knowledge of agile methods and tools acquired through several years of professional experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Product Owner, or Project Manager.
* High level of coordination skills, assertiveness, and a solution‑and‑success‑oriented approach to understanding complex issues and interrelationships.
* Fluent German and English.
* Willingness to travel (approx. 10%).
