Job Description What You'll Do Design mechanical components and assemblies for ultrasound probes Apply knowledge of materials, adhesives, and manufacturing processes Support testing, validation, and supplier collaboration Contribute to product reliability and performance improvements Roles and Responsibilities Establishes product requirements (internal and external), defines components and sub systems making up the overall architecture. Provides forward looking strategy for platforms and technology development / insertion to make product competitive. Defines and provides scope management. (defines the what) Developing in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy. In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area. Provides informal guidance to new team members What You Bring Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience Strong CAD skills and hands-on design experience Knowledge of plastics, adhesives, and mechanical testing Legal authorization to work in Austria Fluent English Desired Characteristics Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills. For this position, the annual compensation package starts at 67.000. We will be pleased to discuss the appropriate effective salary based on your qualifications and experience.
