Water Mist and Fire protection Sales & Business Development Manager – CEE Region
Siemens, division Smart Infrastructure, combines energy systems, buildings, and industries through intelligent technologies to create sustainable and efficient environments. We have an opportunity to join our global sales team at an exciting time as we grow the high‑pressure water mist brand under Siemens ownership. You will play a key role in developing the future as we continue to grow.
You will be responsible for creating technology demand and developing business, working with our partner network to grow their business and support them with local strategies. By leveraging Siemens' in‑country resources and infrastructure, we provide unmatched technical expertise to the industry. The global sales team is supported by a central team of experts who carry out design, hydraulic calculations and technical descriptions to support consulting engineers, fire engineers and partners. You will be capable of working both alone and as part of a global team, with opportunities for development for an ambitious and capable candidate. You will collaborate with the global water mist team and a strong local Siemens business unit to align on synergies to grow opportunities.

Responsibilities
* Grow and maintain a pipeline of projects with our partner network.
* Use our CRM system to manage the pipeline within the country and create quotations together with the central team.
* Regularly report sales figures for both revenue and order intake for your region.
* Identify and attend exhibitions and seminars to grow our presence and create demand.
* Work with consultants, fire engineers and architects to provide support during early design stages and influence technology decisions.
* Keep well informed of global and local water mist standards for land based water mist systems.
* Travel is expected as part of this role, mainly within the CEE region but also with occasional international travel.

* Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines with high accuracy.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
