Technical Service Manager for IOT- Solutions Professional (m/f/d)

Tasks:
* Identification/understanding of customer process needs and system landscape.
* Identification of customer value adds around IoT and other A1 Digital services.
* Proactive regular interaction with customers.
* Manage the inventory, order and delivery of hardware components required for customer orders (e.g. routers, data‑loggers, telematics sensors, SIM cards/chips, etc.).
* Provisioning and configuration of IT‑infrastructure and network elements (e.g. device management, server configuration, IP planning, routing, firewall configuration, etc.).
* Coordination of the installation and/or configuration of all application and software components (e.g. configuration of customer accounts, user roles and permissions, databases, reports, etc.). Perform quality assurance and end‑to‑end testing.
* Dedicated customer interface for operational topics.
Requirements:
* Technical graduation.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in IT and/or telecommunication industry in a technical role.
* Minimum 2 years of experience with customer interaction in customer care with process and project management skills.
* Broad interdisciplinary knowledge about internet, cloud and wireless communication technologies, devices, as well as IP networks and protocols.
* Solid experience as a DevOps engineer in a 24×7 uptime cloud environment.
* Good knowledge about embedded systems, GPS technology, sensor networks, and experience with LTE/5G devices and mobile core network infrastructure. Good knowledge about typical IoT architectures and customer use‑cases.
* Verifiable team‑coordination skills and experience with agile development projects.
* Eagerness to analyze, diagnose and solve technical problems together with customers.
* Ability to translate customer needs for technicians, product managers and sales.
* Fluency in English and German required.

Our performance‑based salary models reward extraordinary commitment and success. The minimum annual gross salary is EUR 55,300.00. The actual annual salary depends on your skills and experience.
