Instruments Owner Guitar & Bass - MyGroove

As the instrument owner, you serve as the primary point of contact for all guitar and bass instruments.
You are responsible for ensuring the quality, relevance, and continuous development of instrument-specific content, making sure our offering remains both musically and educationally up to date. In this role, you act as the key interface between the musician community, our MyGroove product and marketing teams, the AI voice and pattern recognition team, as well as the MyGroove artists and content team.

Content Ownership & Didactics
As the dedicated owner for guitar and bass content in the MyGroove App, you are responsible for shaping and continuously improving the didactic framework. This includes the design and optimisation of learning paths, lessons, exercises, and songs to ensure a coherent and motivating learning journey. In addition, you create, write, and arrange sheet music using common notation programs, ensuring both pedagogical quality and musical diversity.
Community & Marketing Support
You serve as a bridge between the product and the global guitar and bass community. By supporting our social media marketing team, you help create relevant and authentic content that resonates with musicians worldwide. In addition, you observe trends in the guitar and bass scene, identify emerging talents early, and contribute to positioning MyGroove as an innovative and community-driven platform.
Audio & Technology Development
Your role extends to the technical and musical refinement of our product. You record guitar and bass examples to support the further development of our AI-based voice and pattern recognition and actively contribute to improving the accuracy and user experience. You also create and enhance backing tracks using professional DAWs, providing learners with engaging and inspiring practice material. Regular app testing on guitar and bass ensures that new features meet the needs of musicians and maintain the highest quality standards.
Live Coaching & Events
Beyond the digital environment, you bring your expertise directly to our users through analogue MyGroove workshops, jam sessions, and concerts. As a guitar and bass coach, you not only provide hands-on support but also foster inspiration, motivation, and a sense of community among musicians. This personal interaction reinforces the connection between the app and real-life musical experiences.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
* High proficiency in guitar or bass, with solid pedagogical and didactic knowledge (teaching experience is a plus)
* Strong command of music notation software; experience in audio and video production
* Creativity and precision in developing learning paths, exercises, and musical content
* Experience engaging with communities (workshops, rehearsals, social media) and identifying trends
* Team-oriented mindset with the ability to integrate user feedback into product and content development

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.303 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
