Kerry Robert Associates is looking for a Hotel Finance Manager to oversee 2 properties in Vienna (Austria) on behalf of a well-established hotel group operating branded hotels across Europe.
As a Hotel Finance Manager you will be working closely with on-site General Managers and liaise with the United Kingdom Head Office Finance team to drive commercial success and ensuring efficient operations for both properties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage all budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow processes across both hotels.
* Take a proactive commercial role in the financial performance of both sites.
* Provide clear financial insights to local hotel management teams to support strategic decision-making.
* Manage and monitor costs, payroll spend and reconciliations.
* Ensure strong financial controls and compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Work closely with local finance teams to streamline processes and drive operational efficiency.
* Liaise with external auditors and prepare necessary documentation for year-end audits.
Requirements
* Have a strong background in hotel finance, ideally 2–4 years of experience in a similar role.
* Previous experience as a Management Accountant is essential.
* Fluent or near native German and English speaker.
* Based in Vienna or willing to relocate.
* Finance-related qualifications (degree or certifications) would be an advantage.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis in a hotel environment.
* Competitive base salary of circa € 70,000
* 10% bonus linked to performance (KPI-based)
