Your mission
* Manage commercial aspects, especially recurring orders from international existing customers
* Identify up-selling opportunities and create tailored offers for recurring revenue
* Oversee order workflows, track outstanding orders, and monitor invoicing processes
* Act as a key interface between Sales, Operations, Finance, and various Product Streams
* Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth processes
* Support onboarding of new customers
* Assist in revenue planning and internal reporting
Your Skills And Qualification
* Strong commercial background (completed commercial education, e.g. HAK or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration)
* Relevant professional experience in a similar position (Controlling, Sales Back Office, etc.)
* Excellent MS Office 365 skills (especially Excel)
* Very good German and English skills (written and spoken)
* Independent, proactive working style; team player
* Excellent communication skills & strong customer orientation; high level of self-reliance

Compensation
We are legally obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 47.000,- gross per year (full-time: 38,5h/week). We offer a higher salary in line with your qualifications and experience.
