The position will be filled in Vienna (Austria), Stockholm (Sweden) or Lingolsheim (France).
Your Main Tasks And Responsibilities
* Design and development of endpoint-related solutions and device management platforms
* Review and oversee the teams demand, intake from the business through project software and ticketing systems
* Participate in the design and development of features and systems, from initial architecture through implementation and post-deployment support
* Collaborate with other platform teams to ensure successful deployment of deliverables needed
* Troubleshoot and provide Tier 3 support to resolve complex technical issues related to endpoint systems and infrastructure
Your expertise and ideal skill set
* Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Technical Certification courses in IT
* Minimum of 5 years working experience in providing IT technical support or administering IT systems
* Strong experience with Microsoft Intune and On Prem Endpoint systems
* Knowledge of mobile devices, desktop systems, IoT devices and other connected assets
* Fluent English (oral and written)
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Analytical and conceptual thinking
* Strong prioritization, problem solving, diagnosis and troubleshooting skills

Salary: The minimum gross salary according to the Austrian collective agreement (chemical industry) is EUR 4,270.14 based on 38 hours per week (full-time). There is a willingness to pay above the minimum salary based on individual profile and qualifications.
