Your tasks:
4. Supporting the department head with administrative and organizational tasks, particularly in the area of personnel administration
5. Preparing and processing all correspondence for the department head
6. Participation in various meetings and handling their organizational preparation and follow-up
7. Coordination of appointments by the head of department and organization of business trips
8. General secretarial activities and internal administrative agendas
9. Active design and optimization of workflows in consultation with the department management
10. Comprehensive personnel and organizational support for buildings and infrastucture
11. Providing support for project administration and acting as a substitute
Your profile:
12. Completed relevant vocational training, such as a commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
13. Relevant professional experience, ideally in the university, public or construction-related sectors
14. Excellent MS-Office and Outlook skills
15. Meticulous and structured work style
16. Excellent written and spoken German skills
17. Excellent organizational skills
18. Dedicated and team-oriented personality
19. Reliability, flexibility and commitment

For this position in job group IIb, a minimum gross salary of € 2.620 per month (14 times)* is stipulated in the collective agreement. Your actual starting salary will depend on your previous experience and will increase over the course of your employment.
