As a Business Process Manager Sales & Marketing (f/m/x), you analyze, design, and optimize global sales and marketing processes in close collaboration with business units, IT, and executives worldwide.
Job Description
* Continuous development, documentation, and optimization of global sales and marketing processes to increase efficiency and competitiveness in sales
* Early identification of trends and innovations in sales and marketing, with proactive process design accordingly
* Definition and coordination of digitalization projects in collaboration with the business units (e.g., implementation of a new global CRM tool)
* Development of concepts for process automation and efficiency improvement
* Facilitation of workshops, support for change processes, and preparation of documentation and decision-making materials
* Support in the development of global guidelines and standards
Qualifications
* Completed degree in business administration with a focus on Marketing, International Management, Sales, or a comparable field
* Relevant professional experience in an international sales and marketing environment
* Solid user knowledge of at least one common CRM tool such as Salesforce, SAP, or MS Dynamics (SAP SD knowledge is an advantage)
* Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
* Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented mindset
* Strong communication skills, intercultural competence, and ability to work in a team
* Willingness to travel

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 5.500 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
