Overview
We are looking for an Expert SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Engagement Management (f/m/d) to join our Business Services division starting from March 2026.
Your Responsibilities
* Assume technical responsibility for the engagement management processes in the S/4HANA Public Cloud solution, ensuring a solution that is close to standard functions and industry requirements.
* Define guidelines, standards, and the solution architecture for EM to ensure they are in line with our future system landscape. Evaluate S/4 HANA Public Cloud innovations and support continuous improvement.
* Ensure the provision and maintenance of SAP S/4 HANA-based processes and solutions within the EM area, as well as their end‑to‑end integration. Support Level 3 support and root cause analysis within S/4HANA Cloud, x‑BOS solutions, and technical integration.
* Evaluate and implement cloud innovations such as RPA and ML that can bring improvements.
Your Profile
* You have completed your studies in (business) information technology, economics, or a comparable degree program.
* You have several years of experience in SAP engagement management, e.g., in sales/opportunity/project management. Ideally you have initial experience with S/4HANA Public Cloud and implementation in a multi‑tenant/public cloud environment.
* Ideally you have knowledge of SSCUI configuration for engagement management, including sales, material master, pricing, CPM, and EPPM.
* You are fluent in English and German both spoken and written.
* Your analytical, independent and structured approach to work supports you defining guidelines. Furthermore, your communication enables effective collaboration with various teams.
