B2B Digital Sales Specialist (German & English) – Fully Remote | Sofia. We are hiring a B2B Digital Sales Specialist with native-level German and strong cold calling experience to join an international, tech-driven sales team. This is a full-time fully remote role, contracted in Sofia, within a dynamic digital advertising / tech environment, offering stability, career growth, and relocation support if needed.
Your responsibilities
* Conduct outbound cold calling to identify, qualify, and engage B2B leads.
* Apply structured business development and lead qualification methodologies.
* Build, manage, and develop a strong sales pipeline.
* Understand customer needs and propose tailored digital solutions.
* Contribute directly to revenue growth and sales targets.
Requirements
* Native-level German (mandatory).
* Fluent English.
* Minimum 2 years of B2B cold calling sales experience.
* Solid knowledge of business development, lead generation, and qualification methodologies.
* Experience in tech, SaaS, or digital advertising is highly desirable.
* Strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset.
Offer
* Full-time contract.
* Monday–Friday (09:00–18:00).
* Fully remote role (Bulgarian contract – Sofia).
* Gross monthly base salary: 4,300 BGN + Target bonus.
