Job description:
The ANDRITZ Group Quality & Safety Management (GQS) is seeking a highly qualified professional to support our Quality and Environment pillar. The preferred location is either the headquarters in Graz or any ANDRITZ office in Europe.
Your Tasks
Quality Management System
* Prepare to assume responsibility for the ANDRITZ Matrix Certification Management, expected within 6 months, occupying approximately 30% of your time.
* Manage the ANDRITZ Policies, including avoiding obsolescence, reviewing and updating policies, and initiating new policies as needed. GQS proposes, drafts, and reviews all QHSE-related policies, coordinating with process owners for other subjects.
* Participate in Group Audits and Management Reviews as the Matrix Owner, preparing for annual audits demonstrating the efficiency of the Certificate Management System concerning ISO standards and supporting internal and external audits.
Continuous Improvement (CI)
* Assess the quality of improvement projects executed by Business Areas, benchmarking and sampling to ensure satisfactory execution, and take over part of these checks post-training.
* Moderate FMEAs for projects requiring them before Digital Approval, with increasing demand for FMEA moderation as it becomes mandatory for certain projects.
* Develop a comprehensive offering for Design Thinking, including training, moderation, and project management.
* Master the Policy Deployment Tool to align strategies, set targets, actions, and measure success through TTI’s.
* Moderate and manage CI projects within ANDRITZ Business Areas, requiring knowledge of CI tools and presence at project sites.
* Enhance communication by preparing Best Practice and Success Stories for internal sharing.
ESG
* Support the ESG Director with data analysis, dashboards, and potentially manage smaller ESG projects.
Your Profile
* Master’s degree in Engineering; a PhD is advantageous.
* Experience in the three outlined pillars: Quality, Environment, and Safety.
* Knowledge of ISO 9001/14001/45001 standards.
* Proficiency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, moderation, and mentoring skills.
* Ability to build stakeholder networks across a global organization.
* Excellent analytical, reporting, and software skills, including MS Office, SAP, PLM, and engineering software such as Design Thinking and Fluent.
* Willingness to travel up to 30% globally.

In Austria, the gross monthly salary starts at €4,269.07, with adjustments based on experience and qualifications.
