With a team of 30 and as part of the HR Works Group, the platform already supports numerous companies across Europe. To further expand, the company is looking for an experienced Platform Engineer to scale the technical foundation, optimize performance, and further develop the architecture to be future-proof.Your responsibilities:
Develop platform services and tools: Build and maintain internal tools and platform features using Python and DjangoManage cloud infrastructure: Maintain and optimize AWS infrastructure (EKS, S3, SES, Lambda, etc.)Drive automation: Develop and enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment processesEnsure performance and reliability: Set up observability systems (logging, metrics, tracing) and incident managementInfrastructure as Code: Manage infrastructure with Terraform while maintaining high-quality standardsImprove developer experience: Provide documentation, runbooks, and self-service capabilitiesEnsure security and compliance: Implement security standards and support compliance requirementsCollaborate closely with development teams: Engage in continuous improvement of the platformYour profile:
Several years of professional experience: 5–8 years in software, platform, or Dev Ops engineeringCoding skills: Solid experience with Python (Django/Fast API is a plus or willingness to learn)Cloud expertise: Hands-on experience with AWS services, especially EKS, S3, SES, LambdaKubernetes experience: Knowledge of configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting in production environmentsInfrastructure as Code: Experience with Terraform or similar tools (e.g., Cloud Formation, Pulumi)CI/CD proficiency: Familiar with Git Hub Actions, Argo CD, or similar toolsContainerization: In-depth knowledge of Docker and container orchestrationMonitoring: Familiar with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or similarAgile mindset: Team-oriented approach with strong communication skills in English (German is a plus)Willingness to learn: Openness to new technologies and methodsWhat's in it for you:
