Inhouse- IT Consultant (f/m/x)- Group CRM Solution
As Vienna based IT Consultant for a Group CRM solution, you are responsible for breaking down diverse complex and volatile business and IT challenges into meaningful pieces, which can be built by the local teams in an agile way. You are the enabler in RBI Head Office, who supports the product team located in our Poland branch with clarifications, coordination tasks and local Business and IT alignments. You are part of an extended cross-functional team and work with state of the art technologies in the cloud.

Your mission at RBI
1. Consult the local product owners in structuring, breaking down the backlog and decision-making
2. Responsible for planning hands-on the process, aligning with stakeholders and driving the implementation of final results
3. Coordinate dependent teams/ departments and drive the creation of epics and user stories and act as a SPOC for power users
4. Create value-adding and meaningful documentation in strong alignment with stakeholders
5. Apply IT expertise through the utilization of APIs and understanding of event-driven architecture
6. Enable the group delivery team by dealing with local implications of group requirements, local infrastructure and governance limitations
Your core competencies
7. Proven work experience in Business Analysis and/ or IT Consulting within international environments
8. Experience in requirements engineering, writing user stories and coordinating different stakeholders
9. Solid IT background to drive the solution of various IT related challenges
10. Adaptability in planning high level picture while also delving into the details to ensure end-to-end delivery
11. Sound English skills for coordinating dependent tech and non-tech teams and stakeholders

21. Salary: the offered gross yearly salary ranges between 60.000 EURO and 80.000 Euro (basis full-time) including overtime, depending on qualification and experience.
