We are seeking a motivated Pharmacy Operations Manager for our Glenungastore to lead one of our pharmacy teams and support our mission of delivering outstanding service and care to members and customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive member and customer engagement, contributing to monthly membership sign-up targets.
* Lead and support the pharmacy team to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
* Drive sales performance, achieve monthly budgets and maximise profitability.
* Manage employee rostering, leave management and workforce planning to support business needs.
* Monitor and interpret pharmacy financial reports to support business performance.
* Support and maintain strong visual merchandising, promotional displays and retail presentation standards.
* Ensure compliance with legislation, company policies, procedures and operating standards.
* Lead team communication, coaching and performance development activities.
* Support inventory management, stock control and loss prevention initiatives.
* Work collaboratively with the Principal Pharmacist, Business Operations Manager and National Support Office teams.
* Foster a positive, agile and high-performing workplace culture.

* Proven experience leading teams within a retail or customer service environment.
* Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build rapport with a diverse range of people.
* Passion for customer service and team development.
* Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business financial drivers.
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to effectively manage confidential or sensitive situations.
* Sound knowledge of Work Health & Safety principles within a retail environment.
