For Palfinger Marine in Salzburg we are looking for Service Execution Development Manager (m/f/d) to serve as the strategic bridge between clients, internal stakeholders, and the MARINE service market—driving business growth, operational excellence, and long-term partnerships through insight-driven collaboration and proactive development.
Your Tasks
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the MARINE service execution sector.
* Closely collaborate with After Sales, Network and Business Development to develop strategies for the whole Service function.
* Analyze internal needs and contribute as project lead to the ambitious growth plan of the MARINE service regions. Identify and audit risks and track progress on long-term strategy.
* Conduct analysis to identify and implement business opportunities.
* Monitor customer and stakeholder satisfaction and implement continuous improvement initiatives and reporting.
Your Qualifications
* Strong background in stakeholder management, existing Network to companies operating in the Marine sector is a plus
* Deep understanding of MARINE services and customer lifecycle management
* Excellent planning and communication skills
* Independent way of working and strategic thinking with hands-on execution capabilities
* Extensive travel availability is expected
