General Description:
Under the direction of the Commercial Director Austria, this individual is responsible to maximize the performance of BeOne’s products in Austria by supporting the existing Marketing Team focusing on Project Execution as well as independently driving projects. The Customer Engagement Specialist is primarily operational, coordinates, manages and finalizes projects within the customer engagement department as well as digital activities and Sales analytics. This role ensures that commercial activities are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with internal processes and regulatory standards. This includes development, management and approvals of promotional materials, interactions with external agencies as well as coordination and execution of individual projects planned with HCPs.
Essential Functions of the job:
1. Support building an image/brand vision and awareness for BeOne and its products in the hemato-oncology market in alignment with overall business strategy
2. Execute local marketing projects for upcoming launches in the haemato-oncology market.
3. Coordinate the material review and approval process
4. Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and resources across internal teams and external partners.
5. Contribute to cross-functional creation of promotional materials, including digital tactics
6. Provide ad-hoc support in the creation and editing of promotional materials for the commercial assets incl presentations for internal and external stakeholders
7. Collaborate with agencies/vendors to finalize promotional materials
8. Support cross-functional teams (Sales, Market Access, Medical, Commercial Operation and Business Analytics etc.) to generate relevant Market Insights (Market Research, Commercial Adboards etc.) that help develop targeted tactics and show impact of implemented tools as well as identify commercial opportunities
9. Prepare and analyse local Sales data and provide respective reports
10. Prepares and participate in commercial team meetings in collaboration with the Product Managers
11. Execute project management (planning, execution, follow up) for commercial activities and projects together with admin support (contracts, invoicing, communication)
12. Support Brand and budget planning and monitoring.
13. Close cross-functional cooperation with colleagues in the other departments.
14. Ensure compliance across all areas to maintain the highest standards of patients focused ethical conduct in line with our values.
15. Consistently ensure operating in accordance with BeOne´s Standards of conduct and all applicable local laws and regulations.
Qualifications
16. Scientific education and experiences in this or similar positions, life science degree (university, college) and professional experience
17. 4+ years (Bachelor degree) or 2+ years (advanced degree) of qualified work experience in commercial roles
18. Enjoying working in a cross-functional team and doing project work as well as networking
19. Some experience in project management of health care projects is advantageous
20. Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
21. Mindset for a small but fast growing, entrepreneurial commercial environment.
22. Specific knowledge in the hemato-oncology market is an advantage
